eiiie Return Policy

We want you to feel completely confident with every purchase from eiiie. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return or exchange any eligible item — even those from sale collections or received as gifts. To qualify, products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging and condition.

Online Orders

Returns within 30 Days

You have 30 days from the date your order is shipped to send items back. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the returned merchandise amount.

Store returns: Refunds generally appear within 3–5 business days after processing.

If your order details or proof of purchase aren’t available, the return may need to be shipped to our distribution center for verification. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing, and 3–5 additional business days for your refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Promotional Adjustments

If your order included a discount, promotion, or free gift, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the terms of the offer.
